Diamond and Uncut Diamond Jewelry Return Policy

Our return policy is extremely simple. Any piece of jewelry bought from us can be returned completely free of charge within 30 days. You may have to pay a small shipping fee to get the product to us and we will help you through that.

For any exchanges initiated within 30 days of buying a product, we give you the full value of the exchange so you can get any other item that is of the same value.

For any returns and exchanges initiated after 30 days of purchasing a product, we may deduct a certain amount from your return or exchange value. Contact us and our team will help you out with the details.

Gold Jewelry Return Policy

For gold jewelry that does not contain any precious stones we will give you back the value of the gold jewelry, but the shipping and duties fees will be deducted from the return value. You can either get cash back or exchange your products for the same value you purchased them for. The returns and exchanges policy for gold is only valid for 30 days after purchasing any product.

If you would like to exchange gold jewelry that is older than 30 days from the date of purchase, only an in-store return will be valid. You can visit one of our flagship stores in Dubai and we will take care of the rest.

Initiating a return

For any piece of jewelry to initiate a return follow the process below.

1) Contact our customer service department at +971 50 5542900 or email us at info@suntech-global.com and advise us that you would like to return your order.

2) We will then send you a fully insured FED-EX express label and instructions on how to prepare your parcel to send to us.

3) We will send you this label in your preferred method either by Email, WhatsApp or whichever method suits you best.

4) Prepare your parcel, head over to the nearest FED-EX shipping location, and simply give them the parcel and they will take care of the rest.

5) If you need packaging for your parcel FED-EX will help you out with that as well.

6) Once we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation either through email or text.

7) For a full return, we will transfer the funds immediately to you via a bank transfer which can take up to 10 days to reflect in your account.

8) If you would like your refund in any other manner just let our representative know.

9) For exchanges, we will ship your chosen piece of jewelry to you immediately and it should get to you within 3-5 business days. This shipment will be fully insured.
